Our mission is to recover our lost funds first and foremost for all individuals affected by the loss of over $40 million due to fintech practices involving Yotta, Juno, Synapse Financial Technologies, Evolve Bank & Trust, Lineage Bank, AMG, & American Bank.

We are committed to advocating for transparency, accountability, and justice while ensuring that no consumer remains vulnerable to opaque financial operations and regulatory oversights. By uniting our voices, we strive not only to reclaim what is rightfully ours but also to push for stronger consumer protections and drive systemic change within the financial technology sector to safeguard future customers.

Taking Action: Important Dates

We will be coordinating a non-stop barrage of actions that will apply pressure to every regulatory, legislative, and law enforcement body in the United States. See the “FFOF Calendar” for a full breakdown of the action steps that EVERY affected end user should be taking.

For Action ASAP (12/17/2024):

Regulation E allows consumers to send a Notice of Error to financial institutions which should provide a way for us to file complaints with the CFPB that the institutions are violating Regulation E, assuming the responses we receive from the institutions are non-satisfactory.

The deadline for the institutions to officially RECEIVE these Notices is Jan 3, 2025, so these need to get sent out ASAP for anyone that wants to go this route as time is running out. If you send them on or near Jan 3, there's no guarantee you'll be able to prove that the institution received your notice. I am sending via certified mail, regular mail, email, and each institution's contact form if they have one.
