Start a complaint with the CFPB’s official complaint portal:

https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/

Steps:

  1. Click “Start a new complaint.”

  2. Select the issue type (Checking Account/Savings Account → Managing Account → Deposits and Withdrawals, or similar).

  3. Copy the sections below into the “What happened” and “What would be a fair resolution” add your information to the areas in orange

    1. The key here is to demonstrate Consumer Harm, Failure to Reconcile Funds, or Negligence / Misconduct
  4. Attach any relevant documentation, especially any Evolve Bank and Trust Payouts

  5. Include other information requested by the CFPB website

  6. Review

  7. Submit!
